What is it? We are a fun and creative space for students to work on visual story telling whether it is a phone camera or a professional camera. We use our observation skills to capture moments, share ideas and express ourselves through images.
What do we do?
Work on fun photo projects and challenges to build skills and creativity. Take a variety of photos such as nature shots, animal photos, and action scenes. Learn about key terms of composition, parts of the camera, and how to use light and shadow for different outcomes. Students use their own devise/equipment during our meetings. We have monthly challenges to see how each student captures a particular composition technique or topic. It is best if students/adults have a way to move images off their device and email them. Students will earn points for attendance, participation, and monthly challenges.
Meetings are held from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm on the following Dates at Lane Agri Park in the Community Center Building at the back of the property.
There is a $15 fee for this group.
